Established in 1996, Northern Meadows Property Owner’s Association Inc. has been one of the very few Associations in Rio Rancho that includes front yard landscaping maintenance for all its members. NMPOA prides ourselves on keeping our members engaged with open communication and through events and activities. Our Dedicated Manager and POA Board are committed to community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we are excited to keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
