Eligibility

• Homeowners in Good Standing: Only homeowners who are in good standing with the Northern Meadows POA are eligible to participate in the contest.
• Visitors: While visitors are not eligible to vote, you’re welcome to drive through and enjoy the festive displays around the community!

How the Contest Works

• The contest is open to homeowners in good standing with the Northern Meadows POA. To participate, decorate your home for Halloween and make it as spooky or creative as possible!
• Once the decorations are up, the community will have a chance to vote for their favorite displays. Voting will be open for a limited time, and winners will be announced shortly after the voting period ends.

• Participating in the Halloween Decorating contest is a fantastic way to show off your creativity and Halloween spirit! Not only will you have a chance to win a prize, but you’ll also contribute to the festive atmosphere of the Northern Meadows community.
• This contest is a fun way to connect with your neighbors, share the joy of Halloween, and make the neighborhood a little spookier and brighter for everyone to enjoy!
